This policy covers pixelsandpayloads.com and Pixels & Payloads tool hosts that link to it. It explains the shared privacy practices for the collection; an individual tool may publish a supplemental notice describing its exact input handling.

When a tool states that processing is local, the selected file or pasted text is processed inside your browser and is not submitted to an application conversion endpoint. Browser extensions, managed-device software, and your own network environment remain outside the tool’s control.

Image to White performs image decoding, conversion, previewing, and export locally. The browser interface for Form URL-encoded to JSON also converts pasted input locally.

If you deliberately call a published server API, the submitted request necessarily reaches the hosting server for processing. The Form URL-encoded to JSON API processes the supplied input to return a response and does not intentionally persist conversion input in an application database.

Hosting, delivery, and security providers may create ordinary technical records such as IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, timestamp, response status, and diagnostic or security events. These records are used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the websites.

Some Pixels & Payloads tool pages use Google AdSense to support free access. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device information, or similar identifiers to serve, limit, personalize, and measure advertising, depending on location, settings, and consent choices.

Advertising services are separate from the conversion logic. The tools do not intentionally provide selected images or pasted converter input to Google AdSense. Where consent is legally required, an applicable consent platform should be used before optional advertising storage or personalized advertising is enabled.

We do not sell tool input. Information may be handled by providers that host, deliver, secure, analyze, or advertise on the websites; professional advisers; authorities when legally required; or a successor involved in a reorganization. Providers may operate in other countries and apply their own documented safeguards and retention periods.

You can use browser controls to clear or restrict cookies and can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing and to complain to a competent data protection authority.
