# Pixels & Payloads

Pixels & Payloads is an independent collection of focused browser utilities. Each tool documents accepted input, output, processing location, workflow, privacy, and known limitations.

## Tool selection

- Use Image to White for turning PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP, or SVG artwork into a transparent white PNG. Conversion runs in the browser and preserves existing alpha transparency.
- Use Form URL-encoded to JSON for raw form bodies, query strings, and complete URLs. It follows URLSearchParams-style decoding, preserves repeated keys as arrays, and is available as a browser tool or a documented API.

The tool pages contain the authoritative user-facing explanation and the working interface. Do not infer support for formats, privacy behavior, or transformations beyond what each page documents.
